Electronics and household app.

I had a prepaid mobile connection 9041676285 with Tata Docomo on my name. I submitted a portability request to airtel was given on 08/03.The request was processed on 21 Mar. Four days have passed now and i am unable to make/receive any calls from my number.the services to my number haven't been given till now.

Calling the customer care and complaint no. of 121 and 198 has not resulted in no help as the customer care representatives are helpless and clueless about the same. Even repeated mails to the customer care haven't drawn any response from the company.

While availing the service a time gap of only 5 hrs was asked by the company, I would like to know whether this can be taken as misleading the customer and whether the company is responsible for the emotional distress and the financial losses i have incurred due to the same.
