Comaplain against cust care hutch

my self bishwajit mohapatra customer of vodafone services... having phone no 99536077222 and sim no

70012281469.. some days back i had purchesd a world calling card of 110/- ..i ws having sum problem in that ..so i called cust care for 4 times they didnt replied to me n put me on hold for 20 mins but didnt respond to that... after that when i talked to process manger he assured me that the problem will be resolved in 6 days... but after that they have blocked my cust care giving a reason that u called to cust care more than 4 time. in a day. so plese tell me whose fault is this... n more over that that now after using the number for 1 and half month they blocked my no giving a reason that ur id proff is not correct... so after that i have submited that also but still now my no. is not working .it is now more than 4 days... my incomeing is bared... without reason..

so now if u dont take any action regarding this case i will go to consumer court...

so please setle this matter as soon as possible.
