Deducting balance without uses

Hi,

I am using airtel services provider and today i got recharged my internet recharge of amount 98 rs. My outstanding balance was 77 rs however 74 rs got deducted after internet recharge. I registered a complaint numer# 30102270556. I was assured that my amount 74 rs will be refunded however i did not get that. I made a call again requesting to Rohit (senior executive) to do the needfull. Hoever i was told that i would not get that amount refund. Please investigate the matter and help me to get my amount refunded that was charged unnecessarily.
