Deactivation of portfolio

Dear sir,

in my airtel no 7259615098, a service called portfolio manager is activated without my knowledge..even after

speaking to customer care or by sending stop to 121, im not able to stop the service and its charging rs25 every week and i lost nearly 75rs.so i kindly request you to stop the service and refund my deducted amount as soon as possible...
