Complained by me for Digital Box Change again on 20-03

Resolution by Airtel Care: Technician will visit 21-03 before 2 pm. Also confirmed by Airtel Customer Care if this time he does not come will not charge you.

Result: No one comes

Complained by me for Digital Box Change again on 22-03

Resolution by Airtel: Customer Care had not logged my complaint previously & simply said that technician will visit. Again complaint logged & Technician will visit on 23-03 before 2 pm. I talked with customer care team & wanted the same to happen asap. Was confirmed technical will visit on 23-03 before end of day.

Result: No one visits

Technical staff come on 23-03 that to after 4 pm after giving him 10-20 call repeatedly.

I have been really have a hard time getting the box replaced even though I am paying Rs.350 . Also I was guaranteed that I would get remote set top box. But in end I got only set top box in 350 Rs I paid.

Technical Staff No : 8000290292 - Location Bhuj Kutch. Call is never picked up & if called repeatedly switches off the phone.

In such a high competition market this is what Airtel does to its customer. Hope this mail reaches the desk of Sunil Bharti Mittal. Really admire the person & services o Airtel. I am loyal customer of Airtel since 9 years when you launched telecom.

As on date my TV is showing errors & I am fed up.
