I have recharged my airtel dth today morning at around 11:00am on 30th May. After waiting for 1houre it was not activated so, i have called to customer care, They have told there is technical problem which will be resolve in 4 houre.after waiting for 4 hour have agin called at 4:00pm, again they told it will take time resolve technical issue.the i have called at 5:53 again i got same answer that it will started within 1 hour.again i have called at 7:30 pm and they have told it will take 4hour to start service So, what the hell airtel ppl r doing.
