Unable to view a single channel Error code B001

I have purchased airtel digital tv on 2.6. within one week complaints started. U2 and Astha channels disappeared with error code B001. Booked complaints, spoken to local dealer as well as customer care for 63 times. No use. Nobody cares. Since yesterday, not even a single channel is coming. Error code B001. Local dealer is not bothering to send anybody. Solve this problem otherwise i will approach consumer court. This is a very worst customer service from your company. i am repenting for purchasing your company product,
