No action regarding my complaints from about 1 and half month

Dear sir,

i had purchased ur airtel digital tv on 10 july.and now it has got dead from about one and a half month. i had informed several times to the customer care. they only given me complaint nos. which are3230344and3240447. and no one came till now. and they also given me their wrong address.

please send a service man as soon as possible for the repairing of it.my details are:-
