They have not installed device as per the promise

I have done the payment for the installation of Airtel Digital TV plan 1590 (New value Hindi Special pack) on 09th Oct in morning through online net banking (Transaction ID: 0181537573), and the executive Mr. Ankit Bhardwaj has promised that installation will be done by 10th Oct but till now nobody has contacted us for installation.
