Airtel digital tv since i purchased bearing Remote control Problem

I'm customer of Airtel digital TV Customer Id:-3003050059

i having remote problem since i purchase it. i have been called them thousands of time but getting response from 6 months and said "aapko service charge dena padega"

i think now they are waiting for one year for full charge of remote.
