AIRTEL DIGITALTV

I paid Rs.1590/- with my credit card and purchased an Airtel Digitaltv on 3rd November, '10. The transaction was made over telephone to the customer care of airtel digitaltv. I was told it would be delivered within 72 hrs. since then more than two weeks have passed no one ever came or call. I made nearly 50 phone calls to their customer care asking for installation. each time I was told it would be installed in 24 hrs. But nothing happened. I cannot believe a name as big as Airtel can cheat in such a petty manner!

Is there any way I can get my money back?
