Error Code - B001

My complaint no is 4554237. I am gettin error code B001 - installation setup since last three days. I was told your call will be attended with a time of 20 hours. Three days have gone nobody has still called or solved the problem. And i get message your problem is solved. When i call them they again give you new complaint no. Service of Airtel Digital TV is really wrost. They are literally fooling customers. It is a recomendation not to take Airtel cnnection or you will suffer a lot.
