Circulation pump not working

Circulation pump of my dish washer is not functioning as detected by company mechanic on 02/01 against complaint no.7965934, id no.2322089, dated 31/12. local branch manager mr. swamy is dodging since than to replace the pump. initially he expressed that the pump is to be acquired from company, since stock is not available with him for which he will take max a week time. But i am yet to receive any positive response from him. I expect it to be done immediately. As i am an working women, the machine is a necessity. u r requested to direct concerned official at my end to get the complaint redressed immediately.
