Set top box problem, fake charges

Hello

I am a user of airtel digital tv fro dec.customer id is 3002382278.

Every time message shows instlation error.before one month engineer have come to resolve the problem and charged 100 rs.

now the problem started again, i have call the engineer, he visited us and told us that your set top box is not working, it requires to change and ask for 1000 rupees also charge 100 rupees for visit.

i just want to know that why airtel making fool to consumers?

it is a problrm of airtel product, and airtel have to change that.
