Non submission of dish antenna as ordered till date

I had purchased Airtel digital tv connection in april online and engineers came to install in month of may as our society has MDU installed the engineers told me that they wont give me my seperate dish antena and provide connection from the MDU itself. I told them that I want my seperate connection as I have ordered it seperately. But then too they gave me connection from MDU. In the month of Aug. 2010 I had called on 12150 to provide me with my dish antenna, but they demanded Rs. 2, 250/- extra for the same, which was quite shocking as I had ordered all the items in a package. Then one of my neighbours had purchased a individual dish tv and he got a seperate connection, hence it appears that airtel has different rules for different peoples and they fool people after taking the money from us. Since then I have been complaining again since last 1 and half month and still no action has been taken. Pinki Katke, Mumbai
