Recharged but not activated before last two days

I have recharged before two days (Dt. 19/2), but not activated, till this time (Dt. 21/1). Though, repeated complaints are made to local customer care center, but invain. So, do the needful as earliest as possible.

Your toll free customer care nos. are also not well responding.
