Recharged but haven't got it

Dear Sir,
I have done online recharge on 08-05 at 7.40 am, it is my fifth time of online recharge but my last time recharge is not successful but the Airtel company debited my account with Rs. 100/- only. So, Sir please help to either get the money back in my account or done the recharge to my account. Following are the information :
My Bank name: Oriental Bank of Commerce, Salkia branch, Howrah
My account number : 06261131000657.
The transaction number : 000002017397.
My airtel customer id number : 3001364840.
So sir please take an urgent action as soon as possible.
