On 11/06 we approached an agent to recharge our Airtel Digital TV subscription,

Our Subscription No. is 3004278035 and paid 6120 to recharge for Parent Child for One year 2 Mnths free scheme.

The Agent is just playing the games here with us. He has not recharged for the full year but rather he is recharging in small denominations like for 15 days or one month. Our connection is getting disconnected frequently. We are helpless now and at the mercy of the Agent to recharge as he wants and as he wills. Repeated calls to him or to Airtel office doesn't have any affects.

I request the Airtel authorities to take some action against this anti-social agent.
