Worst service given by customer care against custemer id no- 3007279698.

i have faced a vedio problem on last week (30-11). I made a complain through c.care of airtel digital tv.problem resolved by airtel engineer but another problem persist, i.e. vedio comes after 4 to 5 seconds when to change channels. airtel engineer just threatning us when we told them regarding the problem.and told us if again will they come that will be chargeable, where as it is under warranty. and he was misbehaving with my home member.

Customer care don't take any complain regarding the same and they also told that it is charge able .but why?
