Not Response from Technical Team

Hi,

This is Shamshad (customer id-3001892467) and my DTH is not working properly since 17 nov and my dth totaly block since 19 dec.

my complaint no is 4494969 & 4843237 & 4848726

After lot of repeated complaints someone from the technical/backend team came and said they will replace the Set top box (STB)

I keep calling the call center every day and they keep on saying our backend team will come and resolve it in next 2hrs, but no response from backend team.

It is already 34 days and i don't still how many days it will take to fix a simple issue

This is the WORST SERVICE i have ever seen in recent years

Someone please tell me what should i do this irresponsible people who are cheating their customers"
