Dear Sir,

My Customer id is -3006811671

Your Dealer Is Provide a Economic Package But many Chenale Is Not saw.

Ihave complained 6 times to customer care., but no result,

My dealer, he is another ignorant person who has fooled me by refreshing the channel everytime i call them, sometimes not even picking my call, disconnecting the call in the middle, sometime making me sit near tv waiting for the technical support person to be sent.

Please solve my problem otherwise Refund My Amount as soon as possible

CAN SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN AIRTEL HELP ME!!!

I donot why AIRTEL has employed/partnered with such irresponsible persons.
