Greeting for Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

First let me introduce Myself Arjun Jangid and I am from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I have an Airtel Dth connection and my details are following below:

I glad to inform you that I am customer of AIRTEL since 7 year and happy from it. But sometime it not happens as it. If you allow than I came to my concern. Since Dated:-July, 23rd at Time 07.20 pm I call to Airtel customer care from my registered mobile. A gentleman treats me as well.

But after this conversation I got a message on my cell phone and I feel free and dump all my worry. Next day 2 people came at my home and treat me and my concern like so badly and both are going without solved my problem.

But after sometimes (Please must be read carefully and note it) I got a message from your side that mention “ Your problem is now be solved” but how can it possible to be say without any solution any who have that right to be treat like that.

4. Complain#10360331 for “VIDEO PROBLEM” is now be solved on Dated 26/07 @ 01:59 PM

My concern and issues are following below:

 Must be note I got 2 massages for your side but my concern are different in both of massage and also happy code are different in it.

 Your mechanic treat me like as donkey. Why?? “who can give me answer or feel responsible for it”

 Mechanic accuses me wrong and declared my STB workable without touching it and checked it.

 Customer care always trying to help me. But it happen only externally not internally

 Last time when a mechanic came to change my STB, he told me please use this STB for few days and when I came again after two days, I am also bring a STB like as your previous STB but it not happen till today.

At last I really want to be told you that I am not deserved this entire problem and can’t face it. I complain to you lot of time but it solved as a dirty way and got a big unprofessional sign on your company name and company service care. So, it’s my request as a gentle and old customer as please help me and try to give the definitions of your company value and name “AIRTEL”. It’s my last try so please worked on my concern and give me outcomes of my concern otherwise it my last day when I going to be disconnect my Airtel DTH for only reason to not treat customer as you can do.
