Irritating and harrassing customers

Hi,

W.R.T the connection number 3002682554, Even after cancellation of the service long back and surrendering the equipments, we are getting frequent calls from the customer care about non payment of the service. The balance in the account was around 100Rs when the disconnection was ordered, even then we are getting calls harassing us for payment of pending bills. Calling customer care many times over has not brought any respite.

Airtel, if customer means something to you, please take care of these things, this is not a fair practice by any stretch.
