NO SIGNAL

Airtel Digital TV provides worst service. I'm often getting No Signal error in our TV for which the complaint was registered. Service engineers from airtel came and resolved the issue for which they charged Rs.100 and after 3 days I'm getting the same No Signal error regarding which when phoned to airtel, their response was so idiotic. They indeed humiliated my father when he spoke to them regarding this issue. They also said that they will be charging another 100 rupees for servicing again. What is all this nonsense? You don't do right with signal part and for which we lame idiots should pay 100 each and every time?? and that too there is no local tech support. Each and every time I call it gets connected to somewhere in Pune and the support incharge is not at all hearing the issue rather they keep talking whatever they know. Airtel is a total waste in the aspect of DTH. I didn't expect this from airtel.
