Airtel DTH
After recharge not receiving the connection

Airtel DTH south mega 3 months package was bought on 25.7.2010 in the name of M.Manoharan with customer ID 3004763997. After recharge on 26.3.2012 no conection is received. It is ascertained that the same connection has been given to another person (Mr. Ramesh) using this customer ID. Despite repeated enquiry from 26.3.12, verbally they are replying, but no tangeable services was provided. I regret to choose this wrong ver poor services of airtel. Now we want to surrender this connection, and the deposit amount of Rs.1750/-along with recharge amount of Rs.330
