Airtel DTH, TV is not getting the signal. Complained on 1st, 3rd, 7th and 8th March

Every time I am getting the answer that it will be sorted out in 24 Hrs but still pending.

No service person came/talked for rectification.

Services are very poor.

Giving false reporting for not to do the work: i) Problem resolved ii) your PIN code is not correct iii) refused to give service charge

All these are false excuse for avoid the work.
