I had purchased an Airtel DTH HD in the month of february in delhi. I had to relocate to Mumbaiin the month of july, so i lodged a request in the month of july for relocation of the disc but after waiting for 10 days after the complain I had to remove the disc my self, but i guess airtel still had a lot against me because when i reach Mumbai i lodged another complain for re installation at my new residence I spoke to almost almost a dozen of telecallers from the customer care but to my surprise they showed me a very unprofessional behaviour by sending engineers to my delhi house address even after updating the adress in the system. I wished i remebered the names of the telecallers so that i could have mentioned the same here but, even this was not the end I have been calling airtel continuously and every time i get a new complain number, is this the way to treat a client when he is relocating to a new city.By the customer care I was given the number of Mr Atul who is the head at the navi mumbai area but to my surprise the manager started acting in unprofessinla manner by switching off his mobile.

I am still waiting for someone from Airtel to fix the problem but I guess Airtel forgets after selling the products or else the reason may be they are too big now to listen to the compliants of the customer but trust me i will never recommend Airtel to any one from now on wards.
