DTH setupbox issue

Hi,

There was some problem in DTH setup box, for which i have logged the complain on jun 1st 2011.(request number: 8579819) till now the issue has not been fixed. ID:3004856455.

The customer services is really so worst.i dont know if these people dont have ability to check these issue, then why they provide warranty.

I really disappointed with this service.
