About customer service

I mke complaint to airtel customer executive that unnecessary you are deducted amount from my sim card for brousing & downloading games etc. but till today I am not interested to download games or all relative servicese provide by them, today they deduct Rs. 99/- from my account for downloading jawa game @ night 1.30 from no.54321 how it is possible. I request miss. Chitra airtel customer executive officer she said if you talk to return amount I will disconnect your service.. I request the reasponsible officer please look after this matter.

my request reg. no. are 0307098834 & 0307085288 afte this complaint one of Mr. Mohamad airtel customer executive promise me the amount will be send on ur mobile till 9th of this month. I thanks Mr. Mohamad for nice talk with me.
