Threatning constant calls and messages from Airtel # 9886949216

Hello,

There are constant calls (minimum 15) and messages from this airtel number 9886949216. This person is really creating troubles. This person keeps calling till you don't receive the call and use all free modes of SMS from internet to trouble other. Please track/audit the calls made by from this number to other numbers on 9-Jan 7-10 PM. Its irritating. Kindly let me know how can i avoid calls and messages from this number.
