Airtel mobile connection
Talktime given Rs0.15 on recharge ofRs150/=

I am having Airtel mobile connection of Kolkata with mobile no. as 9007944525. At present I am at Mumbai & got my mobile recharged on 1.8.10 with Rs150.00 at 19:27 from your authorized shop named Friends Mobile, 8/61CCI Colony, MGRoad, Goregaon (West), Mumbai & surprised to see that only Rs0.15 was given as talktime. The shopowner expressed his inability to do anything & advised to go to AIRTEL Relationship Centre.

I had been to AIRTEL Relationship Centre., Ratna Signal, SVRoad, Goregaon (West), Mumbai on 2.8.10 who informed that I have to recharge again with Rs120/= or Rs333/= & said Reversal of this Rs150/= is not possible.

Since I was in roaming I had extreme inconvenience & would like to know the following;

1) How I can get back my Rs150/= if no talktime is given for that.

2) If talktime has been given under some scheme how much has been given, tariff for outgoing & incoming calls, Present balance & in which no I can check my balance
