I was cheated for recharge of Rs 200 on my mobile

Sir,

I have recharged an amount of Rs 200 on my airtel mobile connection on 29/11 at 8:43 pm but the talktime is

only 1.00 MRP.I can't make calls, could this be an offer as my dealer told me after the recharge was done and he was like"DAMN YOU, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS--GOT TO HELL".

Hey, I want to convert the same amount to talktime, please convert it back to calling talktime!!!

the TRANS ID of that dealer is 802297442, sue him please and he was also talking too rudely, please take a legal action against him!!!

Also, I am informing this within 24 hours so please get me money back to talktime, I feel cheated.
