Unauthorisede deduction from my account

I am using Airtel Mobile Service to my phone Sony Ericson set bearing No.9940575059. Often I find my balance is getting reduced without myself making any call or sending any SMS message. I do no know how it happens. Please kindly find out the fault and see that my balance gets reduced only when I make call from my Mobile phone to any number. I hope you will immediately set right the mistake without causing me any further loss of money and without driving me to take any legal action agaisnt the Airtel Company.
