Dear Sir,

Sub: I continue to get Promotional Messages even though I have Registered for: Do Not Disturb” facility.

Reg: Mob: 98403 14550

Even though, I have Registered for: Do Not Disturb” facility, I continue to get disturbed by hundreds of unsolicited messages.

Now, kindly let me know who is in charge of blocking this unsolicited mails and who has opened the Flood gates that I am flooded with unsolicited mails. Obviously some one is making money by opening the flood gates with or without the knowledge of the management.

I want this to be stopped immediately.

Please do not tell me that it would take 45 days, as I have already registered for: Do not disturb facility.

Kindly e-mail me the action taken in this regard.

PS: I wonder why it should take 45 days to Block the facility while it takes less than 45 seconds to open up the flood gates for the unsolicited mails.
