complaint:

I have activated internet on my mobile by dialing 567# and selected unlimited Rs 10 (100mb day) same time i lost my balance by Rs 10 .Same time i received sms saying that ur request cannot be processed and also got a message saying that ur unlimited 50kb 30ps activated and u can use the service.

I have activated this on 21 03 10 and thought that i have made somemistake but i am sure.

steps i followed

after i dialing 567#

selected 1.internet packs

and the offer list came

from that i selected option 4.(unlimited rs 10 (100mb day).

And i today was in need of gprs ie on 22 03 10 and i activated daily plan. And the message came in and i got angry.

so take necessary action.

i have lost my money (20Rs) and time.
