Deactivation of service

I have an Airtel prepaid Connection No. 9547990560. I had activate a service by which I get SMS regarding latest news in Cricket (from 55381). However, I want to deactivate this service. I am not able to do it via my phone as after navigating through the self generated voice messages at one point it says invalid entry. Kindly get this service deactivated from my connection.
