Alance deduction

Dear sir,

my name is vikas kumar and my no is 9199534131.

on 1st march my balance was deducted twice in a day . first time of Rs.25 and next was of Rs. 50 . after complain to customer care they told me that they are going to return that amount within 2 hour. but they have not returned yet, they are not responding correctly.

i have already asked them to activate, DO NOT DISTURB to my no, they are not activating also.

please take appropriate action those who does these things and damaging your brand name to this type of few rupees.

i hope you will solve my problem
