Kenstar tumble wash
Very poor after sales service

My Kenstar full automatic tumbel wash machine is not working since last 2 months, I have registered my complaint to to service centre the technician visit our place and told that the drum is not working properly and we asked them to replace the same then they have done the same and still the machine is not working, basically dryer is not working properly or you can say not at all again they have taken the machine to the company but the problem was not solved so again i complained they have again taken the machine back to company in Mid of Sept from that they have not returned our machine and no communication from there side. I am calling them almost everyday but the answers are not satisfactory.
