The followng is the text of complaint to shraddhaskyshop

dear m/s shraddha sky shop

we have purchased king star (item code 7003) vide order no 106294 dt 16.1.2011 and your dispatch no 60100 dt 17.1.2011 . Since day one the mixie was giving trouble. It was subsequently replaced within 2 months after protracted/repeated calls to your customer care centre. Within a week's time that was also giving trouble with burnt coils, giving out smoke and smell . since then we have trying to contact your customer care centrre no 9920543838, and your franchisee shree ganesh distributors, at Dahisar esat, Mumbai -400068 with ph no 9076124282. both the contact numbers were not in use. Desperately we have been trying to get it repaired at all small and big mixie repair shops in mumbai. They expressed helplessness in repairing it. We have tried to get the contact no from just dial who have provided the nos as 9987638016/17 and 9867220565 . all these numbers were wrong. Please get it replaced with a new piece or get it repaired. otherwise i may be forced to complain to consumer forum and recover all the costs from you. I would place the compliant in all the forums and give publicity in news media and tv media for cheating the public with wrong advertisements and selling the defective product
