Then Rs 1 is deducted from my account, I have not ativated any such services and this is going on since 4rth of May,

I use Nokia 1100, so in no case i have activated it or can access the e-mails.

I have called customer care around 12 times, they all were not able to resolve the issue. One of ur agent identified it as issue w.r.t. rediff mail alerts.

You have allready deducted around 150Rs for this service which i have not asked for, this is really bad.

Please stop this service as early as possible.
