Return of defective parts

I, Sri Niranjan Jena from Bhubaneswar had bought K.S.Portable Mixure and Grinder bearing order No. 34726 which was delivered on 12.03.12. I found the same defective that the motor unit was not functioning. As per your suggestion, I sent the following parts on 26.03.12 through courier and confirmed that it has already arrived at yours. But till today I did not get any information from your end and when I am ringing you it is coming as the number does not exist, even the customer care does not open.the parts that i has sent are 01. High power motor unit. 02. Blender unit with cover. 03. Big mixing bullet. 04. 02 Blades.
