Unilateral disconnection of prepaid service

My prepaid Airtel service to my Sim relating to my Mobile no 9903510282 has been made one way by the Airtel authority unilaterally, though Iam still having substantial balancein my credit. Such whimsical & autocratic action has put a Sr citizen like me not only lot of inconveniences, but also humilitaion.

I want immediate restoration of Service & categorical apology from Airtel.
