My Airtel sim has been barred. I am not even able to call the customer care.

When i contacted the shop owner from where i purchased the sim, he told to contact the Airtel showroom. But the place where i live, there are no Airtel showrooms. Could you please help me with this. Its urgent. I need to get my sim working as soon as possible.
