Airtel sim
Out going call not going

Dear Sir,

I am tanmoy chatterjee forom past five years i m useing Airtel sim card, recently i went to cacutta for a vacation i kept my mobile there with my wife & i came back to Goa, almost one week back see tried to call me from her cell but its not going through some how when i call i came to about the same, i contact customar care they said within four hours time your problem will be resolve, but after seven days also nothing happens, finally i call yesterday (18.5.11) for the same but now they saying go to local Airtel office they will solve the problem... i just want to know what kind of service it is? what is the use to take mobile .my mobile no is 9970952499... kindly rectify the problem as earliest.
