No Service given till Apr'08 for a contract starting Oct'07 to Oct'08

LG Airconditoner Services is the worst in the Navi Mumbai area. We had renewed the LG Air conditioner's AMC since Oct'07 to a epriod of Oct'08. Till Date we have not got any service for the service centre. Inspite of repeated follow-ups the techinician does not come. We have been trying since 3 weeks, the operator at centre gives an appointment for Saturday and we remain at home keeping aside all our schedules for the weekend waiting for the technician. However, no one turns up. On following up, they give an appointment for next saturday and the same story repeats. The money spent on the contract has been a waste and the time we spent waiting for the techinician is futile.

Please whoever reads this especially in the Navi Mumbai area..kindly do not go for the LG Air Conditioners.
