I have taken Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the LG front loading washing machine. They will never provide a good service. Each time you have to call minimum 15 times asking them when they are going to attend. Finally one technician will come and he will switch on and switch of the machine and says the service is over. It is a complete waste of taking AMC from LG Electronics.
