Order not delivered on time

I have booked a 40 inch lcd of akai on 14/8 i was given a challan serial no 147 and was promised in written on challan to deliver lcd within in 15 days time but upto today the concern are not ready to tell the day of delivery.is it not a type of corruption receiving money in advance and nondelivering goods on time .how will a consumer trust ur group if u provide service like this.if my order is not fulfilled earliest i will be forced to go to consumer forum.
