Poor response from take care india p.ltd

I have purchased CTV model CT2205 of Akai make in

Since the Tv was purchased it was never worked properly. when we complaint to the manufacturer over the phone, they have given me there service center called tek care India Pvt. Ltd. (Pearl electronics) A-12 Ganesh Nagar Complex, Pandav Nagar, Delhi 11092 Ph. 6529240. 22483892, 9210484827.

there representative visited our home and checked the problem. how ever he has done the repairing work and charged the fee and the cost of the spare parts and we paid cos the warranty period was over. we have also signed a yearly AMC with the company and paid the fee. The TV was again went off out of working with the smiler problem, we have then asked to the company (tek care) they have sent there men again and after checking at our home he suggested to drop the TV at our service center and which we did and dropped the TV at there center on11.11.2010. since the day to till date we are keep on asking abut the status of TV and every time we are doing the need was the repeated reply from them. I Suresh kumar Verma Have requested them any time to them to do the needful or suggest us the address of the factory of Akai so I may take the TV to the factory of AKai for necessary repairing, but now they are either repairing my TV and nor returning me and providing address of the Akai.

This is clear understood by me that they are not capable to repairing work of the TV's and making falls stories.

Its my humble request you to please forward this complaint to the original manufacturer and also take action/quarry fro the Tek care Pearls electronics Pvt. Ltd.
