No clear information provide by agency for new connection

Dear Sir,

I am applied for new gas connection from Akash Gas Angency, Devendra Nagar, Raipur (C.G.) before 4-5 Month, i am always ask for new gas connection and they are also say to us next month you check for new connection that time no new connection provided by Indian Gas Company. so will check next month. we visit every month and request for new gas connection when are provided to us they say to us will later come.

now, how many times i go and request for new connection...??? we dont know? what we do please help us.
