Poor quality and performance of product

I have purchase LG refrigerator model GL-278 UTS.DPTZEBN serial no 002LPQN001404 on 08 Jul. In a duration of 17 months refrigerator coil is defective. on further investigation with Service engineer it came to light that he has repaired 01 more fridge of same series 02 days back for similar defect. it was evident that the defect is due to poor quality of spares fitted. when it was intimated to LG regional Officer Mr Jagsish, ASM mangalore. he intimates that it is not company liability. it is also notices that company is not only providing sub standard items but also creating in convince to the customers for early repairs. The job associated was much more then just changing the coil. If the defect is due to company supplied spares expense should be borne by company. Request investigate and reply at the earliest.
